I entered the contest to win a bathing suit on Seventeen and then after that it said "Thank you, we have accepted your subscription to Seventeen and you will be billed immediately" or something like that. I already have a subscription! I dont need another one! How do I cancel it? Its always asking me for a mailing address but I checked my email and it didnt send me one. I tried to cancel it on the website but it kept on saying that it didnt recognize my information. I really need to cancel this, how?!! And how do I get my mailing address?

One way to cancel your subscription is to just ignore the bill, if you don't pay, they won't send anymore magazines.

If the thing on the website doesn't work, you can try giving another email then the one you tried using, and maybe it will send the information to that one.

If that doesn't work, try using the information from the original subscription and try deleting your original subscription and use subscription that you accidentally signed up.

Hope that helped!

First of all if they did not get your billing information they can not bill you. If you did give them your billing information then consider calling their customer service and explaining to them what happened. You can most likely get this number from their website so check out the contact us part of their page. If you have already gotten a bill there might be some info on that stating what happened. Since you already have the magazine and they are saying they don't recognize your info you most likely got that pop up by mistake but there certainly is no harm in checking it out.

lol I wanted to enter something on seventeen too

but then I saw the same message as you before I entered.

I recall it saying the first issue is free, but then if you dont want more issues you just send back the little card that comes with the magazine, saying you dont want more. :) hope I helped
