If they choose to, yes they do. We work through a 3rd party company that has a database of doctors offices and other waiting rooms. We pay this company to provide us a list of addresses to send the copies. The doctors offices get a postcard in the mail that asks them if they would like to receive the particular publication for free. We only send to places that reply yes to the postcard and we do this on a very limited basis. We do not send to every single doctor's office in existence. So it's just a matter of targeting or luck if your office is chosen.

No, but they may get a type of "bulk" discount for ordering several titles from the same publisher. Other discounts may also be offered, but not free.
